Dear Jerry, Thank you for taking the time to give me a review. I’m sorry that you are displeased with my efforts. However, I feel that your anger is misplaced. I did my job successfully of getting you in the apartment and negotiating no increases of rent etc. for you when you renewed. It is not my fault that you did not receive your deposit back upon move out. I was even able to negotiate a partial refund of your deposit on your behalf back to you. Even though, the landlord was originally going to give you nothing because of damages exceeding normal wear and tear, as stated in the lease, that you signed. Just so you know, for future reference, Texas State Law states that a landlord has 30 days from the date of move out to find any damages and charges left behind by the tenant. I’m sorry your chose to give me a negative review, but I still wish you and your family the best of luck in the future.
